Please review and follow these rules to ensure a fun, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.

 

Dress Code & Attire

• Modest Tops: Shirts must provide full torso coverage with modest necklines; deeply plunging or revealing tops are prohibited.

• Appropriate Length: Skirts, dresses, and shorts must be of appropriate athletic length and provide full coverage during play.

• No Offensive Media: Clothing featuring profanity, explicit graphics, drug references, or discriminatory language is strictly banned.

• Proper Undergarments: Visible undergarments or wearing swimsuits/underwear as outerwear is not allowed on the court.
   

Safety Rules

• Non-Marking Shoes: Only court-specific, non-marking athletic shoes are permitted to prevent slips and protect the court surface.

• No Loose Jewelry: Remove dangling earrings, loose necklaces, or large rings that could snag or cause injury during quick movements.

• Clear Play Zone: Keep the court surface and immediate surrounding areas completely clear of bags, water bottles, and extra balls.

• Weather & Surface Check: Do not play if the court is wet, damp, or covered in debris (like leaves or twigs) to avoid severe slip hazards.

• Hydration & Breaks: Drink plenty of water and step off the court immediately if you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, or sudden pain.

 

Court Etiquette & Scheduling

• Food and Drinks: Strictly NO outside food and drinks allowed inside the facility.

• Active Play Only: This facility is for active play only. Using it as a workplace is not permitted. Laptops may be used briefly in designated seating areas for ligh tasks (checking messages, quick browsing); prolonged or intensive work is prohibited.

• Shared Space Conduct: As this is a shared space, guests and members are expected to be mindful and considerate of each other to prevent disagreements that could escalate to violence.

• Player Limit: The maximum number of players permitted per court is 10.

• Respect Scheduled Bookings: Players must give way to other players who are scheduled to play during their booked hour.

• Court Vacancy: Players must vacate the court 2 minutes before their booking reservation expires to give way to cleaning and sanitation.

• Courtesy Checkout: To be fair to other players, we kindly ask that you vacate the premises within one (1) hour after your scheduled game ends. If you need extra time, please speak with our staff in advance so we can accommodate you when possible. Repeated or extended overstays may result in additional fees and penalties.

 

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations made at least 1 day before the scheduled booking will immediately be refunded to your GCash account, subject to a 5% cancellation fee charged by our booking platform.

• Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 1 day prior will be considered a non-refundable play.

 

Liability & Property

• Physical Injuries: Players choose to play at their own risk; management/the property owner assumes no liability for any physical injuries, medical emergencies, or accidents that occur on the property.

• Lost Items: The management will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay on the property.

 

Enforcement & Consequences

• Zero Tolerance for Violence: Any act of physical violence, threats, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate law enforcement intervention and an automatic permanent lifetime ban.

• Violation Policy: Failure to comply with any of these house rules will result in an immediate verbal warning, potential removal from the court, and forfeiture of booking fees.

• Right to Ban: Management reserves the absolute right to refuse service and permanently ban repeat offenders or difficult guests from entering the property.
