1. GENERAL USE

1.1 This is the booking website of PICK N’ PLAY ARENA – a Pickleball Sports facility operated by CJVL VENTURE, INC., - where you can book and pay for the use of our Pickleball and courts.
 

1.2 Your use of the site signifies your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
 

1.3 We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
 

2. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

2.1 By using our Pickleball courts, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the sport of Pickleball, including potential injury or accidents.
 

2.2 PICK N’ PLAY ARENA, its owners, officers, staff, affiliates, or partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after court use.
 

2.3 By booking and/or playing at PICK N’ PLAY ARENA facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against us arising out of injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
 

2.4 PICK N’ PLAY ARENA does not provide medical insurance, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for any medical costs that may result from injury or illness while participating in any event or activity within PICK N’ PLAY ARENA Premises.
 

2.5 PICK N’ PLAY ARENA have CCTV cameras throughout its facility for safety and security purposes. Through this waiver, you are giving PICK N’ PLAY ARENA consent to collect, retain, and use such video footages for internal review, incident investigation, security and facility management purposes.
 

3. BOOKING POLICY

3.1 All court bookings must be made online through this website, which is powered by our third-party booking platform provider, Book-A-Court OPC.
 

3.2 A court and Open Play slot is considered booked only after payment is completed. We do not accept tentative bookings. Walk-ins are not encouraged and will only be entertained if there are vacant slots.
 

3.2 While the system is designed to avoid double bookings, in the highly unlikely event that the same time slot is booked by multiple users, PICK N’ PLAY ARENA will resolve the conflict by:
 

• Assigning one customer to another available court at the same time, or

• Offering a new time slot as close as possible to the original, or

• Refunding the booking amount in full if no alternative is acceptable.
   

3.3 PICK N’ PLAY ARENA reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking at its sole discretion for any reason. In such cases, the only

obligation of BOOK N’ PLAY ARENA is to refund the full amount paid.
 

3.4 All refunds will be credited back to the Gcash account you used in booking the slot.
 

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Cancellations are not allowed if made within 1 day before the scheduled play date.
 

4.2 Cancellations made 2 days or more before the scheduled play date will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the originally paid amount.
 

4.3 The refund will immediately be credited back to the Gcash account you used in booking the slot.
 

5. CONDUCT AND RULES

5.1 Users are expected to treat the facility, staff, and other players with respect at all times.
 

5.2 Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises.
 

5.3 Users must leave the court promptly at the end of their booked time slot. They may stay at the Coffee Shop area for after-game food and refreshments.
 

5.4 Appropriate sports attire and non-marking court shoes are required for play.
 

5.5 Non-playing children are allowed but must have an adult attending to them at all times.
 

5.6 Pets are strictly not allowed in any area of the facility.
 

5.7 Any damage to equipment or facilities due to negligence or misconduct may result in charges to the user responsible.
 

6. USER ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS

6.1 Users must register an account to book a court.
 

6.2 All payments are processed through this booking website. Rates are posted on this site and may change without prior notice.
 

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

7.1 Bookings through this website are processed by Book-A-Court – the Court Reservation System of Book-A-Court OPC, an independent service provider. While we trust their service reliability, PICK N’ PLAY ARENA  s not liable for any disruptions or errors caused by third-party systems.
 

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1 By using the site, you agree to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
 

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Marikina City.
