3. DATA STORAGE AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

3.1 PICK N’ PLAY ARENA does not store your personal information on its own servers.
 

3.2 All personal data is securely stored on the servers of our third-party platform provider, Book-A-Court OPC.
 

3.3 We trust that Book-A-Court OPC employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
 

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING

4.1 All payments are handled by our payment gateway provider, Payrex, which supports GCash, PayMaya, and credit/debit card payments. At the effectivity date of this policy, we only accept GCash as mode of payment.
 

4.2 Payment details such as name, GCash/PayMaya number, credit card number, expiration date, CVC code, email address, and billing address are processed directly by Payrex.
 

4.3 These details are subject to Payrex’s Data Privacy Policy, which you can access at: https://www.payrexhq.com/privacy.
 

4.4 PICK N’ PLAY ARENA and its booking platform provider – Book-A-Court OPC, do NOT process or store any payment-related information.

5.1 We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or other purposes.
 

5.2 Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
 

5.3 Your name may appear when players check for names of members, or when they check participants already registered in upcoming events, but no other personally identifiable data is shared.
 

6. DATA RETENTION

6.1 Your booking history is retained for one (1) year from the date of the transaction.
 

6.2 After the retention period, data may be anonymized or securely deleted from our systems or our third-party provider’s systems.
 

7. SECURITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 We trust that Book-A-Court OPC has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data.
 

7.2 Despite these measures, no system is entirely immune to breaches. In the unlikely event of a security breach involving your personal data:
 

• PICK N’ PLAY ARENA will coordinate with Book-A-Court OPC to assess the breach and determine its impact.

• PICK N’ PLAY ARENA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from such a breach, as data is not stored in our own systems.
